With only a couple days in Sydney I decided to head straight to Sydney Harbor and do the most touristy things in Sydney: see the harbor (Opera House, bridge, etc) and go to the Aquarium and Wildlife Park.

I took a quick stroll around the Opera House without going inside and after taking in the sun for a bit and deciding the bridge walk wasn’t really worth it, I grabbed a drink boarded a ferry to head to Darling Harbor to check out the Wildlife Park and Aquarium.

On the west coast, a 2 hour drive from San Jose, the good life awaits. Those who choose to make the trip to the cool little beach town of Jaco in Costa Rica will find warm weather, beautiful scenery, amazing adventures, and of course, great surfing. Little over a year ago, I made my first visit after my friend Ashley invited me and several other friends down to experience her surf camp for a week that was so full of fun and celebration we now refer to it as “Ashleypalooza.”
